It is difficult for us to accept returns on handcrafted items. We understand that issues can arise. We will, of course, make it right if your item is genuinely faulty or if you received the wrong size. To be eligible for a return, you must contact our customer service team with your order details within 3 days of your order’s delivery. We appreciate your understanding that due to the bespoke, handcrafted nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot honor any return or exchange requests received after this 3-day window.
